"Please beware! This is company is totally unprofessional and dishonest!! I am a customer on a platform (Buya) that Bravo operates and my account was blocked for unknown reasons that have yet been properly explained to me. There was an unknown error as I was attempting to make a purchase. I attempted to log into the site and was met with an error stating that my account has been blocked due to security issues. I then spent countless hours speaking to so called tech persons who continually pretended that they were helping me and would follow-up and never did. These lists of characters included, Alex, Al, Callen, Ryan and Clovis. All of them including Clovis, who stated that he was an Support Manager, pretended that they would follow-up and assist with unlocking my account. Several of them stated to me that I would need to make a new account. Alex even fraudulently used my personal information to make a new account and actually sent me a "Welcome to Buya email", asking me to create a password for my new account that I did not ask for even after I repeatedly communicated to him that I would not be doing so. The last person that I spoke to was Clovis who assured me that he would be speaking to me regarding my account and again, I was ignored and never received a reply from him either, even after sending another email asking for an update. Unbeknownst to me, I received an email from Ryan, whose title is Director of Customer Service Experience, stating that my account was blocked due to a security issue from my Mastercard. This is wholly untrue as my Mastercard was not the card that was even used when there was an initial error. The card in question was an American Express card, which again, was functioning normally. There were zero security issues or blocks on either card, so that is a flat-out lie as I am enrolled in security and purchase alerts for both cards. Ryan also stated that my account would not be unblocked and there was no need to reply to me. Who responds to a customer in this manner, especially after 3 weeks of being given the runaround, especially from the so called Customer Service Experience Manager?? At this point I do not know if I need to cancel my credit cards as I do not know if my credit card information has been compromised by this company. I was asked repeatedly to create a new account as if somehow that was the solution to the issue, but at the same time I am a security threat?? That makes great sense. Bravo nor Buya refuse to provide any clear answers as to what the problem is regarding my account. They have only evaded my inquiries and only responded to me with dishonesty. I have used this site for several years at this point and the behavior and lack of care and professionalism from the persons that I have had contact with in this organization is abhorrent. They have also done this to countless other customers also. I also will be nforming the stores that I frequently shop with that Buya is blocking access to purchases from their stores. Please steer clear of Bravo and Buya and their affiliated companies that they run. They operate an organization that does not value their customers nor their own reputation."
"Awesome Customer Service. We have multiple business that we operate in NJ, that all utilize Bravo's state of the art software. We have been in business for over 10 years and have used several software programs over the years. We find Bravo's to be the most current and up to date. Most of the hardware that we were using in the past blended seamlessly into their software, which was a bonus for us. The customer service is top notch. Obviously depending upon day or time, usually you will get a response within minutes. Which is a big help for us considering we are open 7 days a week. There are a lot of options to utilize for both the workers and customers that are great. I would recommend the software to anyone that would like to get their time back and live their life."
