"My experience was great with D&R House of Diamonds! We went looking to upgrade my wedding set and were helped by Rich. They work by appointment only and I loved it. It feels very personalized and there's plenty of time to ask any questions and get them all answered. Their website is very easy to navigate, which makes the process of creating the appointments a breeze. On the first appointment Rich explained everything we needed to know, and helped me get the design I wanted while staying under budget. He said he could beat any other price I have gotten and that's what he did! They offer warranty for their work. They also provide the diamond's certificate as well as an appraisal for the finished product so it's easier to insure. Rich even gave me his cellphone number so we could communicate during the whole process. I couldn't have asked for better service. And the rings... I'm in love!! They are so beautiful I can't stop looking at them!"

I’ve purchased diamond rings, have had custom redesigns done, and complex repair work on older pieces. Never have I seen such superior quality work and BEAUTIFUL custom designs.
