"I pawned my laptop here and I never will again. They gave me a completely different laptop charger that was falling apart when in had a brand new one. I then talked to the phone about it and they said I can come down to exchange it, just for the manager to basically tell me I get what I get and don’t throw a fit. The charger doesn’t even charge my laptop. Then they added a password to my laptop with notifying forcing me to drive all the way back there when I live across town. Don’t trust this place with any of your valuables out you’ll be faulty equipment instead of your own. There’s literally electric tape keeping this charger together when I gave them my brand new charger."

These people had terrible attitudes and they didn’t even try to accommodate the manager Sandra and the associate Christian were the worse people I’ve ever dealt with at a pawn shop. Just go to a different pawn shop than this one you might have a chance of getting your moneys worth."
