"We just moved into Palm Villas at Whitney Ranch and have been very happy with the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff. This is particularly true with the Manager Alicia and the maintenance man Johnny. Alicia made us feel welcome and was very proactive with minor concerns we had. We did have a maintenance issue a few days after moving in that was “after hours”. Johnny was literally at our front door within 5 minutes of the maintenance request. We’ve never had such prompt and detailed attention to detail at any of the previous properties where we’ve lived. He dealt with the issue quickly and was very specific about the follow-up steps his team was going to take. Thank you to the staff at Palm Villas at Whitney Ranch!"
