Cyan at Green Valley

"Cyan is the best property i lived at while in Nevada!!! I would have never left had i not bought a home out of state. Looking at the below reviews that are negative is just unfortunate because of course these people will never go and write a review for the good this management has done for them but quick to write a bad review if they are unhappy and are told something they don't want to hear. I will be referring my friends and family to Cyan and if i find myself back in Henderson to live, i will be returning! The staff is awesome and so is the location!"

"I had a great experience at Cyan at Green Valley. I was working with Cortney and the leasing agent (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) to look at a few apartment options for my mother in law. They were patient with us and walked us through multiple different model options. This property is so well taken care of, it makes me happy to know my mother in law will have a safe, clean and welcoming place to live. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends as well. "Leasing agent, Bianca has been so helpful! She gave a thorough tour of the complex before I applied and was willing to answer any and all questions. She then made the application and approval process afterwards quick and easy. Signing my lease and moving in was hassle free too. Highly recommend Bianca and the team at Cyan!"

"I am moving to Vegas and came into Cyan for a tour, I was greeted by Tara on a Monday she seemed busy but was happy to assist! We saw few apartments and the beautiful community! I think I found what I want there at Cyan!! Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable! I can’t wait to call Cyan home! Thank you Tara"

"Things here just keep getting worse. I’ve lived here for about 2 months now. First night here things where stolen from my car went to report it and management didn’t care at all, talking with neighbors I’ve realized this happens here all the time, security is lacking and management does nothing about it. The girls working here have lied to my face on multiple occasions and they try to intimidate us into not complaining by writing letters so there’s no evidence of it. Everything must be said in person to the same people that keep saying are going to fix things but never do. Maybe if I leave this review they’ll come at me again and try to make me delete it, since I’m still leaving here, but I don’t want more people making the same mistake I have. Cyan it’s not a safe place, people jump the 3ft fence by the dumpster all the time and lately the dumpster is the street, literally, what’s up with that? I’m sure it’s not legal to have streets flooding with trash, completely unsanitary. Definitely won’t be renting from same management ever again. Can’t wait until my lease it’s up."
