"Ronnie Graham and Ernest Lee - We had a couple issues as we’ve just moved in so we wrote it down, took it to the leasing office. It took just one day for Ronnie to get here and fix everything, in a timely manner. He was respectful and explained the process in detail. Ronnie made sure everything was working and correct. Exceptional hard worker. Additionally, Ernest assisted with the paperwork and process overall. Both such kind people and I genuinely feel like they cared for my apartment how they’d do for their home. Thank you guys!"

"READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING HERE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY Update: Ronnie Graham maintenance guy did an excellent job fixing all the issues in my apartment that I’ve had since I moved in 3 months ago. haven’t had access to my mailbox since I moved here. However the management group and owner of this dump has made living here a horror story. DO NOT MOVE HERE I’ve been dealing with these issues for months and he came and did everything in one day. I appreciate his urgency and I’m most definitely grateful."

"Today was the day my lease was supposed TO START 6/2/2023. Per Victoria THIS WAS A Renovated unit.. Get to the leasing office, the agent told me to come back due to the assistant manager being out sick. She stated she did not have my file. I politely told her my lease starts today I need my keys and do my walk through.. As I stood their taking to her, the manager showed up. I asked Shawanna could she not do what the assistant manager does? She stated yes. They gave me the keys and sent the maintenance guy with me to look at the apartment. Building 6 was my assigned building. After arriving to the building, the area was covered with TRASH. The property is beautiful in the front on the complex, but travel to the back. My unit was to be a renovated unit. I was appliances from the W/D, stove, refrigerator etc. As soon as we hit the steps to go up to the unit the old refrigerator was stilling at the top of the steps near the door. The maintenance open the door, the door looked like it was KICKED IN and patched with nails.. (HORRIBLE) I asked the maintenance guy would he allow any lady he carried about to stay her. PUZZLED LOOK. We continued to walk through the unit. Have attached pics of what was going on inside the unit. This was not an updated unit. If this is updated what does a non updated unit look like. We went back to leasing office. The maintenance guy took the manager Shawanna and the leasing agent to the office and closed the door. They came out and said they would fix everything in 3 hours to come back at 2pm. I arrived at 10am. They never took my cashier check . My reply to them was you all going to have all this done in 3 hrs? They said “yes”!!!! Leave come back at 2pm. The manager never called nor was she there when I came back. The young leasing agent was at the front desk. Looking confused . We gave her the keys back. She never said it’s ready let’s go look. Due to them in breach of their contract. I left as of this evening NOBODY has called to see where I was. The manager told the maintenance person she was too busy to talk. As I stood there in the morning the number of complaints and unsatisfied residence is big issue. BIG RED FLAG. Please see picture that were taken during the walk through of things they were to fix in 3 hrs."
