"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is a complete fraud of an apartment complex. They love to stamp luxury on the outside of the complex and yet it’s anything but a luxury living situation. The staff is a complete joke and as much as they preach about caring for their tenants, they lack in that department as well! We were loyal tenants for 3 years until we were actively harassed in our apartment by the less than desirable people they started living there and the management did NOTHING! If you’re not prepared to call the police and have them handle things on a daily basis, then this place isn’t the place for you! They also love to come at you hard with closing costs at move out. Complete mess of a complex, management team and owners!"
"I haven't been here 1 month and I'm ready to move. Neighbors have no consideration. It's 2:30 a.m. Neighbors are extremely loud , T.V. blasting and the stomping is unbelievable. Haven't been able to get a good night sleep and the noise is messing with my mental. It's seem since I complained about the noise it seem as if there angry because I'm uncomfortable with the noise and stomp even harder. Keep T.V. volume high all night. Don't even think about reading, meditating, sleeping or thinking for that matter. No peace. This feels like a nightmare."
"I have been a resident here for almost 1 year now and for the most part I have not had any issues except for 1 major maintenance related one which eventually got resolved. From my first initial inquiry about the available apartments to present day, 99.9 % of my contact with management and property staff have been pleasant and productive. We all know this is a business for them, but at the same time they understand this is a home for us which is greatly appreciated. I did have one pest related issue short after moving in which I notified the management, they placed me on the list for the pest control service [which comes every Tuesday or Wednesday I believe] and after one visit by the technician I have not had any more issues since. The property wide communication [mostly through e-mail] is great, however the resident portal could use a little more work compared to the old portal they use to have as this one is basically only good for paying for bill. The community itself is well kept and is pet friendly. they have poop clean up and disposal stations all around property, but I know most resident bring their own supplies and pick up after their pet. However, there is one black cat [not friendly] that lurks the property, yeah watch out for that one reminds me of that cat from the pet cemetery movie. Overall, this is good place to call home most people are friendly, most people stick to themselves. The property is secure and embraces technology."
"I walked in on 25 April 2023 to view an apartment. There were two staff members in the office. I was greeted by one. While I was inside I decided to read some Google reviews and too many of them complained about roaches. It also didn’t help that at the exact day and time I showed up, so did a pest exterminator. That’s who the second lady was working with to get them set up to go in and do their job. That to me was the only red flag I needed to say next one on the list. I will also say, if you try and call here to make an appointment to view an apartment the staff will “require” you to give out all sorts of your personal information. So it’s much better to catch them off guard and just show up with your ID in hand. The fact I had enough time to walk in, read many reviews and still wasn’t helped is also not a good look. Customer service is key when searching for an apartment and too many people settle and allow themselves to be mistreated because they feel they need a place to live."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Usually we overlook long negative reviews since everyone has a different idea of what a "bad" experience is, but in the few days we've been here I can say the negative reviews are true and shouldn't be ignored. Just moved in 5 days ago from Ohio and we've had nothing but issues. When we first toured, we were shown the 2br 2ba, and 1bd 1 ba apt's and they looked new and modern. We applied for a 2br 2 ba unit few weeks later, and that's where it started going wrong. Called property over 10 times leaving multiple voicemails and emailed 5 times with questions regarding our future apt and that we haven't received a lease 3 days before move in, with no response from leasing staff. Finally received an answer from Lisa, who is very helpful, and she sent us the lease right away. After driving for 3 days from Ohio, we arrived at apt complex to get keys and they proceeded to ask if we brought pay stubs to have the application process continued (even though we had already emailed them required paperwork and gotten approved, signed lease, and scheduled a time to pickup keys.) Once in the unit, the problems worsened. We opened the door, and the unit looked significantly different than what we were shown. They never told us about their "classic" (old) units, which we're now stuck in for the next 13 months. (no nest thermostat, no pendant lights above sink, old faucet in kitchen sink, long flourscent light bulbs on kitchen ceiling.) Had they told us we applied to a "classic" unit, (or even a mention of classic units on the property at all) we would've considered the price difference to upgrade to a renovated unit. We've had 13 maintenance requests in the first 5 days. Theres a foul smell coming from fridge/freezer from previous tenants, washer/dryer are both broken, bedroom door cracked and poorly patched, dead bugs in kitchen light cover, missing smoke detector with exposed wires in living room, no fire extinguisher, thermostat isn't accurate, and the list continues. The maintenance technician came next day (who was very friendly and sympathetic) and took care of the first 6 requests quickly. We've spoken to our neighbors and come to find out, another person has been scammed as well. (shown modern, renovated units with no mention of there even being "classic" units on the property.) We should've taken the no responses at the beginning as a warning sign, and chose somewhere else. However, due to us being out of state and having to relocate in a short period of time for a new job, we didn't have much of a choice. Should you HAVE** to move here, I strongly suggest making sure you see your actual apt before signing the lease (If you're even able to get in contact with anyone.) Please see pictures below. What they advertise vs what you get..."
