"My husband, our daughter and I moved in here almost 2 years ago and all together it’s been a good place to live. We started in a 1 bedroom and transferred to a 2 bedroom at the start of this year as we were expecting our baby and needed more space. They made the transfer of the lease very easy. When we had issues with neighbors they were very attentive to the situation and were very helpful in solving the problem. We have had differences with the office before (mostly due to my pregnancy hormones at the time which i’m apologetic for) and they always kept thing’s professional and tried their best. The apartments themselves are very aesthetically pleasing if you are in an upgraded unit. Of course like any apartment things break or wear out but the maintenance team is awesome and they can basically fix anything. The maintenance crew is also professional and super friendly. We have never had any issues with bugs as some reviews claim, but if needed Pinesol is a great all purpose cleaner that also repels bugs. The pool is always kept clean, never had the hot tub out of service etc. I feel “at home” here and I hope we can stay for the years to come and eventually get into a 3 bedroom as our kids grow to need separate rooms. I definitely recommend these apartments, the location is great. Thank you La Serena for all the effort you put in, as someone with high standards I can say you have always found a way to meet them which means so much!"

"I came in to tour the other day when the office seemed a little busy. I didn’t have an appointment but the girl up front seemed very happy to help. I’m shopping for my daughter and her roommate because it’s time for her to be a big girl and get her own place. She was very outgoing and understanding and answered all of my many questions. I was pretty overwhelmed because I want to help my kid out but she was very reassuring about the application process. The rest of the staff seemed really friendly so the next step is to send my kid in to see for herself. I like this place. I don’t remember her name and she gave me her card so sorry about that! If I find it I’ll edit this review! Nice people."

"Upon first moving in, I was a little underwhelmed with my experience. Thankfully though, Jean and Will, stepped up to make it a better experience. I no longer have to bug the office with the issues I've once had, thanks to them sending Will to effectively get the job done! I appreciate their efforts to improve and hope to see them continue in the right direction."

"My sister loves her apartment. She feels safe to live alone with my teenage daughter. They both have their bedroom with walk-in closets, ceiling fans, blinds, and windows that open. The new management only cares about money. If you don't pay your rent on time, you will get a 7-day notice. They are not compassionate and flexible with their residents. The one BBQ grill looks like it never gets clean. The gates work most of the time, but she pays for a Gated community. Maintenance is very good about fixing problems promptly. The guys are helpful and keep a watchful eye on my daughter. The security in the evening is a blessing. He needs to get out of the car and walk the property not just sit in his car. We need more than one key card. My daughter is on the lease, but we have 1 key card for the gate, pool, and exercise facility. They could also use to update the fitness center and add a couple of computers and printers for residents with free WIFI . They need more residents events and better communication about things going on in the property."
