"My family and I have lived at the Elysían community for over 5+ years. We moved to this community for the schools and the connivence it comes with located in the District with access to all the restaurants and shopping available. On good weather days you can walk or bike and it gives you the feeling of not living in Las Vegas. This is one of many positive reasons why we choose to continue to live here. This community is clean, dog friendly with neighborly neighbors and quiet all around. This experience has been maintained with their manager Derrick who takes pride in maintaining the community and rallying up his team to do good work! Derrick is professional and gives a quick response to anything that needs to be fixed or adjusted. We can ALWAYS count and depend on him for our home needs. We also have had the introduction to the new team that has taken over the front office and leasing. Asia who has the best smile and immediately makes you feel welcomed and is always happy to chat! Raelyn who is friendly and super organized with all the fun, exciting get togethers and events on property. I recently participated in the painting event and had the BEST time! Over all this team is AWESOME! Very professional and is quick to tackle any concerns that you may have. It is also why we will continue to renew and stay at this location. It has been a pleasure and a wonderful experience living here!"
"Emerald was great. She has amazing customer service. She was very uplifting and welcoming. The property was extremely clean and had very high quality environment with great views of the city in organized, and also kept in very good condition. We had a tour with her and she was very informative and extremely knowledgeable about, the property and the business as well as any questions that we had for her she was answering it in a very prompt and professional manner. We felt like we were already at home and we will definitely be applying for this place. Thank you Emerald for having such a great personality, and giving us an experience that we have yet to have experience from any other property, this is definitely a go to if you want high-quality very comfortable living with extremely proficient professionalism, as we already felt like home before we left after our tour you guys are awesome. Thanks again Emerald"
"Hands down the greatest apartment living I've ever had so far. Any time I need something, Amanda Rae in the office always has a solution for me. Great location, the gym is prefect for my workout needs and the amenities are beyond expectations. Also got my apartment at a great price during the fall compared to the market rate."
"Office staff is friendly and willing to help. If there's multiple residents/ guests in the office, you may have to wait a few minutes, but that's life, and you simply have to have a little patience. They will get to you. Raelyn is kind, helpful, and definitely puts forth the effort to go above and beyond. Derek is amazing and will make sure that any maintenance issues are addressed and resolved accordingly. They're not perfect, but no one is. They show up willing to help and support the apartment community, which I love. Shaneke is the sweetest and most caring community mgr I have met. I know she is busy juggling multiple job duties, but every time I've had to speak with her, she literally stops what she's doing to give me her full, undivided attention. She has also followed up and called me back on an issue I was having with my transfer and made sure everything was fully resolved. She treats all residents with respect, and I love knowing if I need an issue resolved, she's on top of it."
"I don’t know where to begin. If you plan on moving from out of state, I would pass on this complex. I moved here end of November from California and even though I was hesitant because some of the reviews, the area and proximity to everything is what kept me interested. However, after the move in process I wish I had proceeded with another Elysian property. Communication is non-existent, I didn’t receive my welcome packet until the morning of my move when I was driving from California, I was supposed to receive it a week prior..but they were barely responding to me. I had reached out to update my email address as well and got no response. I wasn’t able to set up gas and electricity and get a cashier’s check on time because the welcome packet didn’t get to my email inbox until the day of my move.. When we finally arrived they were about to close, Nadia was very caring and accommodating and the shining light of this property. Since there was no time to move in, they put us in a guest suite for free for the night. The next day I get a cashier’s check first thing in the morning to pay move in costs but low and behold, I am then told I can’t live in the unit until southwest gas is set up, which took a few days (had I known to set it up before my move I would have), so they give me the option to move my things into my unit for the the time being and stay in the suite for a few days until southwest gas arrives…but on my dime even though THEY messed up. So at the end of the day, I had to pay for their mistake. Because what am I supposed to do? Sleep in the u-haul that was also rented and costs money to rent for the day? At this point I was in disbelief at how messy this whole process is. On top of that, when I finally saw my unit, there was so much damage. A missing kitchen cabinet, the patio door needs to be rehinged, bulbs were out, and it makes me wonder if this unit was even touched and prepared before my move in. After talking to some residents, this seems to me commonplace for them and I wasn’t the only one. Luckily, the maintenance team has been helpful. Derek in particular has been very kind and on top of things. When I called yesterday 12/13 at about 5 PM to politely ask a simple question about opening the front gates without the clicker, the girl who answered was so disgustingly rude and so annoyed that I had the audacity to make her do her job. I don’t know who it was I spoke to, but it’s really a hit or miss who you speak with in the office. I’ve also encountered friendly staff, but I also can’t tell if some of them are overwhelmed or simply don’t care. I think this is an upper management issue because I don’t see why it’s so difficult for an apartment complex to stay on top of applications, make sure apartments are ready, and answer simple questions. Also, the code to enter the complex didn’t work so the leasing office had to give me a code to use in the meantime. It seems like there’s so much that’s not working or not organized here so it’s disappointing this is the kind of treatment and quality offered for the duration of my lease. The silver lining is the apartment itself isn’t terrible, it’s nice but I also wouldn’t call it luxury. I’m in a pretty standard unit and the only drawback that I would have been able to avoid if they had responded to my emails and calls so I could have my questions answered, is my building faces the freeway so it’s not the most quiet, which isn’t a big deal for me coming from another city with busy streets but I wish someone would have been more pro active and told me more about my unit before I moved. The area isn’t bad either, very walkable to many things. I may have had bad luck and gotten the short end of the stick with whoever forgot about/brushed off my application and move in but this whole experience speaks for itself. Moving is stressful enough, your new apartment complex is not supposed to make it anymore stressful like what I had to experience."
