"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have attempted to reach out to the ladies in the leasing offices and even attempted to reach someone in “corporate” or whatever and still have not been in communication with anyone. I know that no apartment is perfect, but I do believe in a standard of living that is not uninhabitable for me and my family. Pest issue is out of control. Trash all over neighboring apartments. My car has been broken into twice. And had to file three separate police reports by the second month of living here. I have written letters. Texted. Went into the offices and still nothing is resolved. Please save yourself and rent somewhere else!!!!!"

"I am never one to write a review about something or simply complain but if I can save a young couple or anyone from this terrible complex, I am happy to do so. Not only is this place extremely overpriced for what you are given but they are unbelievably disrespectful! If you are active duty don't expect them to treat you with any sort of respect for starters. We understand that no apartment complex is perfect but this one is very far from it. We were told our a.c. was "fixed" a month ago and here we are a month later with our apartment at 99 degrees during peak heat. I am a Nevada native and I know that broken a.c. is a common problem here in the valley but all the office people at legacy and ladera couldn't care less and refuse to help until it gets this bad as it did for us. Thats only the main issue, other many minor issues occurred as well. Steer away from this complex and the management. They shouldn't even receive 1 star, if I could put 0 I would."
