"No laundry, very inconvenient, almost a hardship. Park is very quiet inside. Needs to be cleaned and spiffed up. Rent is too high for what they offer."
"Your average or actually below average trailer park. Units are mostly 1970's and up. There's obviously nobody in charge of making sure the tenants keep their spaces neat and presentable. If there is the rules are super relaxed or they're not doing their job."
