"Ordered online. Wasn't contacted from anyone at the store. I called and spoke with a guy who said that he would have the manager call me back. Never happened. I called back later and the manager actually answer the phone and she advised that she never got the messages. At that time Crystal told me that she would need to go to Vegas to grab the computer bundle. I finally got the computer bundle the next day but still can't use because it was never factory reset and it is asking me for a pin from the previous owner. I had to actually use a monitor from my 1st job to work 2nd job until someone takes care of this but already made 1st payments and haven't even used system yet. So disappointed..."
"Jose is awesome he helped me when other manager just ignored me. He's the reason I go back. Keep up the good work jose... Update.. Jose ended up being fake and rude. Was getting something replaced with the insurance I paid into while renting and told me I never had insurance. So why did I pay into it every week. Avoid this place.."
