"It you’re dealing with this company go back and check your original sales contract. This is my PROOF and also show you how they steal your down payment and this company knows and is in on it. My contract clearly states I made a 5 k down payment at the time of sale. If you look the final box he added my money I put down to the final price of the car which ballon it to 22 k instead of 12k. I never knew this until I went back an look at the contract. So I tracked all my payments and knew in my I head I already pay 5k and another 1k for my taxes and tag. 17k minus 6k is 11k I owe not 22k. I’m sharing this with you because this company transfer my account to another company who I am fighting to get my title and overpayment so can move on with my life. THEY ARE DRAGGING THIS OUT EVEN WITH PROOF. Boycott this company immediately! NONE OF MY PAYMENTS WHERE DEDUCTED AND HERES THE PROOF!"

"So I bought my car in March of 2023 and not even a full 7 months go by and there's a bad water pump on the car. I called and talked to Trent, super rude and wouldn't let me further explain my issues, and he of course was no help. Called the warranty department and they were just as rude and not very informative. The udrive here in Gainesville closed for good with NO heads up about the company moving or shutting down. I'm still making payments on that car, as well as full coverage insurance and it's been in the shop for three weeks now. I don't know what to do at this point. Can't trade it in. Can't drive it because it's running hot. I feel trapped in this situation."

"Car payment was due Wednesday, got paid Friday morning due to direct deposit issues and they still shut off my car. And of course you can’t get ahold of anyone for them to turn it back on. I have a newborn baby and had to figure other means out because it left me stranded."

"The worst company to deal with. My car got total on the 15 of may. Here it is the 28 and this company still want give me my information by law that they supposed to give me so I can get another car. They claim they still need check from my insurance, but my insurance track the check and its last location was the companies address. So why they holding me up I don't know. And the representatives there are the rudest people u can find. Instead of helping and explaining, they just snap and tell you they not doing nothing til they get paid. When they been getting paid on time before time, as a matter of fact I was paid up til July. So they been getting they money. They just unprofessional and no good"

"The worst company I ever dealt with. All I need is a gap claim number and they will not give it to me. All they are worried about is getting their money not customer friendly. A drunk driver total my car while it was parked. Insurance and gap is paying For the car but u drive not trying to give me no information until they get the check for my insurance and gap. All I need is information so I can get another car And they Won't give it to me. Exact words they need check in hand. They are rude and don't care about loyal customers. They will literally tell you oh well there nothing where gonna do about it until we get our money."
