"I’m sad to be leaving this review because I prefer giving local companies my business. We signed up for the annual lawn care plan and Sam was very responsive and friendly and I was hoping it would be a great fit. We ended up having 5 weed/fertilizer treatments and 4/5times, they didn’t show up the day they said they would and I had to call and see if they were coming. They would usually come pretty quickly after I called but I shouldn’t have to keep calling to ask them to come when they said they would. Not only that but our yard was still full of weeds!! For $75/application we should have little to no weeds in our yard. When I contacted Sam to let him know my concerns, he responded a week later and said he would give me a call or stop by that day. Another week later, I heard nothing from him or anyone. I cancelled service after that and will not be returning. Very disappointing that the owner would do the exact thing I was upset about in the first place. I would definitely look elsewhere!"
