"They came the first time, super respectful and courteous. They had the booties to cover their shoes and treated my home like their own. The two techs were super friendly, kind, personable, and respectful. The machine they used to clean the air ducts wasn't working, and they apologized profusely as it was the first time this had ever happened. The office also called and apologized and quickly got me back on schedule. They came the second time and were just as good; this time, it was only one guy (I'm so bad with names I wish I could remember), and he worked fast and was considerate and communicative even when he stepped out to go get a drink.
