"Sunrise installed our system as a sub for DR Horton. We bought a new home and within a couple months our compressor went out on our HVAC system. The first two years we owned the home were here less than half time. We have yearly maintenance done. Last year our compressor went out again and was replaced again. This year we had a new maintenance company do a comprehensive check on our entire system. They said the installation was done incorrectly and the pitch needed to be fixed. We are having issues with condensation and most certainly our compressor will go out again. We had Sunrise come out to check out our system. They deny some of the things are wrong with our system but admitted one of the systems is not level and needs to be fixed however we are out of warranty for labor and so they would need to charge us to fix their improper installation of our system. Out system is less than 5 years old and we are looking at costly repairs and or replacing our system due to their mistakes. I would not recommend them. We are having a third company come out to determine if the first company’s assessment is correct and then will file a complaint with the Nevada contractors board. If you have had a new system installed by them have it checked immediately so you can avoid what we are going through."
