"1 star is generous, would give zero if it were an option. My fridge was about 8 months old when it quit making ice and dispensing water. I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket because my fridge was out of warranty. Hard to believe since it isn’t even a year old. Went back and forth with the receptionist telling me that there is nothing I can do but pay out of pocket. I found my receipt with purchase dates on it and the technician finally called the receptionist and told her I do in fact have warranty. After the original diagnosis appointment, I was scheduled to have someone come back and replace the part. I was never notified by the receptionist that my appointment for that day had been canceled and was a huge waste of my time. I was told 2 weeks ago that someone would be in touch, I’ve called and left numerous voicemails about having someone get back to me. I finally ended up contacting another company because a simple valve replacement shouldn’t take 3 months."

"Rodrigo was super friendly and knowledgeable. He guessed what the problem was right away and was correct! He ran a diagnostic test to make sure all was fixed. We will definitely contact A&J sales if we have problems in the future!"

"Dealing with heating unit not working for 5 weeks. Replaced about everything in the unit. Last time they replaced something and still didn't work. Told me they were calling home owners insurance to see if would approve a new unit. Called today after not hearing anything from them in a week. Told me our home owners insurance denied a new unit. Called our insurance and told me A&J sales never contacted them to see if would approve new unit. Been through alot of anguish and not to mention it was in the middle of winter when unit stopped working."

"I would give zero stars if I could. This was the WORST experience we have ever had as far as customer service goes. After reading other reviews, maybe they shouldn't service refrigerators? The technician that came to our home was lovely! It was the woman on the phone who was awful. She used the F word twice! The technician was trying to cover for her and was honestly embarrassed of her. I honestly have no idea how this company is in business. AVOID THEM AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. They seemed overly concerned about payment and we were told they were going to send us to collections - we have no issue paying the bill - just didn't understand such concern for it before we had even gotten the diagnosis yet. When the service tech arrived, he was there for about 3 minutes and said the compressor was bad, but that they weren't capable of that type of repair. Honestly the whole thing just made our heads spin.... AVOID THIS BUSINESS."

"Always a pleasure working with A & J for household repairs. All the technicians are friendly and professional. Thomas & Rodrigo helped me several times and were prompt, did great work & had me back up and running with my washing machine quickly. Janet in the office is kind, efficient with scheduling and even goes above and beyond to help find parts in stock for repairs. 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
