"We have two side by side fridge and freezers that they came out to look at. Not only did they charge us to diagnose the freezer but another $400 to diagnose the fridge. When on the phone when I originally called they said it would be $115 total. They then said we needed parts to fix the fridge. We waited two weeks and heard nothing. After calling and calling they finally came out and then said “we can’t remove the piece this can’t be repaired” and left and then charged us an extra $613! We filed a dispute with Citi and it got reversed saying they are siding with Kings Appliance. A lot of times I read these reviews and think “oh the bad ones are just people whining or being upset for no reason”. This honestly is a poor company with horrible communication that will basically steal money from you. I can provide full receipts and screenshots of the communications for anyone that wants to see."
