"I’m Finally done with Wells Fargo. This location is only open to people with cars and lots of time to wait in line for the drive through. I abandoned the line when I pulled up and it was 20 cars+ deep, with cars backed out onto the main road. If you’re old and don’t drive? Tough luck I guess. If you’re disabled? Too bad it looks like. If Wells Fargo can’t be fully open, why bother at all? Just close down. Shut your branches. I’m sure you can create a bunch of fake accounts for your customers and make up for any lost revenue - you’re a lot better at that than actually servicing your customers. Chik-Fil-A can find workers to be open, but one of the biggest banks in the world can’t. Just think about that for a second."

"Lines are long and out the door, each teller is incredibly slow, and every customer has a problem that takes 20 minutes to solve. They say they are understaffed which is probably true, but deep down we all know why they are. The business known as Wells Fargo has gone down over the years and it doesn't seem like they get any better. From hacked accounts, to terrible customer service, to them making vaccine mandates mandatory. If they do not get their act together and establish themselves as a decent bank, I will take my business elsewhere and I will take people with me."
