The salespeople (Jake and Evan) were very knowledgeable about the vehicles, responsive to my questions and worked with me to get to an outcome that was a success for all of us. At no point were any pressure sales tactics used. In addition, the two salespeople seamlessly traded off working with me, ensuring a smooth customer experience. It was a stark contrast to the experience I had at a dealer just up the road. It's clear that MH Subaru trains its employees well and invests in creating a strong culture at the dealership. I was quite impressed. Today I went in for my first service appointment and it was smooth end to end. I was able to easily schedule online and get a convenient appointment. The communication from the service rep was great and the car was delivered back to me in under an hour as promised. I highly recommend MH Subaru and look forward to going back."

"I wanted to help my mom get a new car and after doing a nationwide search I found a nice Lexus NX that this dealership was selling I went ahead and contacted them and started the process they were nice and explained to me why the car was priced the way it was to which I accepted. Now, this is kind of a unique situation as we are purchasing the vehicle out of state so most of the documentation had to be mailed to us which took some time so I would hope they would atleast check the name and address. The first set of documents we received had the wrong name on them so legally we couldn’t sign them, they had to send out a new set which took another 6 days. A problem on our end caused the wire transfer to be delayed an extra set of days. But once that was done we assumed that was it, Nope they had one more document that had to be signed and notarized which again took about 6 days to arrive (also had the wrong mailing address FedEx driver called me to confirm) Finally everything should be done, dealership has the money and all required paperwork all that was left was the transport company picking it up and dropping it off to which they did. Until…the car arrived with a temporary tag which allows us time to drive the car while we wait for the title to come in so that we can register it here. The tag started from October 16th to November 15th which by the time we received the vehicle which would be the 14th of November we wouldn’t get a chance to drive it. So basically it’s a paperweight while we wait for the title! Me personally I wouldn’t recommend this dealership just because of mistakes they made that cost us time One positive I will note is the car is very nice and we are enjoying it."
