But when I got there, they told me I needed to have an account there. To be fair, every bank I tried said the same thing, for some reason or another. It's a stupid rule. But that's why I called first. Telephone person needs lessons."
"Due to a mix-up through online banking, my debit card was deleted. The main U.S. Bank line was no help, but gave me this branch number to see if they could help. With 12 minutes until they closed, my new card was ordered (already have my confirmation) and is being rushed to me. Thank you from 2,500 miles away, you have incredible staff!
