"Liz or Elizabeth is very rude. I called her from a facility with a patient having post care concerns/ issues and she was extremely unprofessional. Basically blaming the patient and stating he needed to come back but she was very disgruntled. She went on to say that there were only two doctors there but he could come on but he would be there all day. Absolutely no concern or compassion shown for the patient, just disdain. I hate it if she has to be the one with patients when they are having a procedure or even to explain it to them, her attitude was horrid"
