"Why does it take so long to get the lab results to the doctor? I had labs a month ago, went to my doctor for a followup and labcorp still hadn't sent him the results. So frustrating!!! Then have to talk to a machine and wait for them to return the call the next business day if they want to! So frustrating!!! And it had been a month from the blood draw."

"Avoid at all costs. They cancelled my employment drug screening test after I submitted a sample!!!! They didn't even tell me or my employer! I didn't know for two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. When I went to the location they were no help. I called them and they won't tell me anything because my employer has to call. I've had to take time off of work on three separate occasions because of them. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I'd literally drive hours to another lab just so I didn't have to use this company."

"Had appointment, had to wait 20 minutes past my time. The office was not well maintained. I am still waiting for test results. The restroom did not have soap or paper towels, they expect you to go out of the bathroom into another to get the soap and paper towels, even though there is a sink in the bathroom. Called to talk to someone and it takes 5 minutes of rambling messages before they even give you an option to speak to someone. Then no one answered the phone. I will not use this company again."
