"I found the care excellent. Never have I needed to see a urologist until recently. Dr. Ekroth explained everything and took time to answer my questions Scheduling was very accommodating. I would send my family members for care there."

"I originally saw Dr Ekroth but was transferred to Ashley. She was very nice and recently left I understand. The problem I have is with the reception staff. I called yesterday to see who was my new caregiver since Ashley left and was treated terribly. Needless to say I’m looking for another provider"

"It’s hard to believe that these folks can be THAT incompetent. The receptionists (Erica/Paige I believe) are terrible at their jobs. Aside from Erica’s ugly attitude (as if her being bad at her job were your fault) They have no idea how to follow directions, return calls, schedule appointments, or relay important information to you or your specialist. When you ask about anything, it’s your fault…. “You didn’t answer but I left a voicemail” no you didn’t I have my phone everywhere I go. “You must have written down your address wrong if you didn’t get the letter I sent out” no I didn’t, it’s my address that you have in your computer. It’s been literally 5 times now that I supposed to receive an important call back for scheduling within a certain timeframe from them and nothing. And they’ll just blame your phone or you and won’t even utter an apology. It’s almost like they do it on purpose that’s how bad it is. After 6 months of this without so much as an appointment made for actual procedure, I just cancelled it and went to the university. If this is any indication of how this clinic and specialists work, You can keep that. You’re better off going somewhere where they care about you as a patient. Zero stars if it were an option."

"I do not like doctors, and for sure I dislike hospitals. But who does, no one wants to hear the bad news. I end up going to the ER on Saturday night and appointment was set for Monday morning to go see DR McCoy. After giving me the options we schedule the surgery for Wednesday at 1:00. By 4 he had both of my kidneys stones removed and able to go home. Im 44 and never seen a doctor in my life. So I was nervous and probably the scariest moments of my life. Dr McCoy made me feel at ease from the time I met him. Thanks to Dr McCoy and he’s crew. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends. Thanks doc. You are definitely the real McCoy"
