"Kindest doctor and staff I think I have ever experienced. The ladies at the front desk were so communicative and easy to work with and Dr. Rasmussen did a great job explaining my condition to me."
"We had a great experience here! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was told we could call if we have any questions in the future, and I know they really meant it. My son's allergy issues are resolved, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back if anyone in our family ever had issues again."
"I made an appointment to be tested for food sensitivities/intolerance. Within the first 5-10 minutes of the appointment the doctor informed me that was not the type of testing done at that office, and I needed to go somewhere else. I should have left at that point. She proceeded to conduct a seemingly unnecessary ”exam” (symptom history, looked in my ears, and listened to my breathing) and sent me on my way. Since I didn’t receive any statement about what had been done that day and the entire appointment took approximately 20 minutes, I didn’t think anything of it. A week later, I receive a bill saying they charged out $330 for that “new patient exam”. Ouch. The staff and doctor were very nice, but do not make an appointment unless you are certain you can be treated at this office."
"Let’s talk about medical bills! For being a “new patient” you get to pay $330! Okay great, now for the scratch test, $731. No reactions? Okay, intracutaneous tests $240. Still no reactions? Sorry, come back later. Listen, I get it, it’s the medical profession. But billing transparency needs to be a thing. To owe $400+ after insurance is sick. Also insulting when you have to take a sick day because of the “non existent” allergies. If you’re a new patient, save yourself the time, discomfort, and money and just get an Everlywell test online."
"Wonderful clinic. Allie at the front desk is an absolute joy (over the phone and in person), the nursing staff is warm and friendly (I have forgotten the name of my nurse but she was fantastic), and Dr. Rasmussen was exemplary: kind, patient and engaged in her delivery of patient-centered care. She listened to my (myriad) concerns and questions and provided thorough and helpful information. It's strange to say that visiting an allergist was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, but it actually was!"
