"New Front Desk Staff - They're Amazing! There are negative reviews regarding the front desk staff at Mercy Family Health Coralville, but that has turned around! I've been going to this office for around 10 years, and will agree, for a long time the front desk staff was rude, but I kept going because the physicians are exceptional. They've turned things around at the front desk, I was treated with the utmost care and compassion, especially from Dawn, but everyone who helped me was very friendly. They went above and beyond to get me in quickly, were very responsive and extremely caring. I can't say enough positive things about how well the front desk staff treated me. If you have hesitations about visiting this clinic based on the previous reviews, please don't, they've turned things around and the whole staff is friendly and happy to help. Dr Rosen order test and scans, was very proactive with my care. In addition to this the office staff is informed and caring.
