"Coming to this clinic has been an awesome experience. I can say that the people who work there are exceptional human beings. Each person I come in contact with is extraordinary helpful. They seem to work really hard at treating my issues no matter how small. The VA system is not perfect but these people are trying their best to make it work. My only complaint is that I think they try too hard to take care of "everything" and all at once. But that is the system making them disperse their attention not the people."

"I am not pleased with the way that this clinic handles things. Every time i need to make or change an appointment I have to leave a message several times before I get called back. When I do get through I am rushed threw. It is no wonder because the last time I was actually in the building I was making a follow up appointment and the receptionist kept handling a personal cell phone right in front of me. Not very professional at all."
