"We have been seen by almost every doctor in this office, and each one has been amazing. They provide excellent care. They listen to me (the parent), and take everything I say seriously. I've never felt rushed during an appointment. Everyone has been so, so great! The nurses are equally amazing! Super fast and reassuring during vaccinations, which can be stressful for everyone involved. But not at this practice! Front desk staff are wonderful as well. They're always polite and treat my family with respect. Being able to schedule my two little kids at the same time has been amazing, and I appreciate the efficiency SO much! We have been coming here since my two youngest were born, and we will continue to choose this office until they age out. Thank you to *everyone* in this office :)"

"I have 2 kids and have worked with Dr. Paul, the nursing staff and covering providers at this office numerous times over the last 3 years since the first was born for both normally scheduled follow ups and more acute issues. They have always been kind, helpful and provided outstanding care to my kiddos. They've also always gotten the kids in for issues in a very reasonable timeframe for more acute issues. I would 10/10 recommend."

"Look. The doctors and nurses at this clinic are incredible. However, the current scheduling policy is ridiculous and practically un-workable for most parents. Asking parents to be able to get off work and get their kid out of school when you only offer same-day appointments is ludicrous. Most school require more notice than that to prevent kids from getting a mark on their attendance record, and most employers require more notice than that for time-off requests. Heck, even next-day scheduling would be better to at least have SOME time to work out school/work schedules. Like I said, the doctors an nurses at this clinic are magnificent and deserve a 5-star review and more. It's the absolutely ridiculous scheduling practices in place right now that are the frustration. Scheduling hasn't always been so hard here, and I hope you can get back to reasonable scheduling in the future."

"Switching to a different clinic. I dislike the scheduling policy when I can not bring my 3 kids for vaccinations and well child exams, on the same day and schedule them back to back. Even with available openings, I have to bring them on different days: two on one day, and one on another day, and absolutely no way to bring the third kid and wait with us. It turned into a nightmare last summer finding childcare two days in a row, so, we are due for a yearly check up, and I am not ready to deal with their scheduling inflexibility again. Nurses are awesome, but I wasn't impressed with the doctors over the 5 years that I took my kids there."
