"Terrible bedside manner. Nurses were very demeaning and not pleasant to get questioned by. Receptionist was dismissive and unwilling to assist me in rectifying my issues. All and all mean people and bad standards being utilized at this location. This place does not deserve the U of I “stamp of approval” Don’t waste your time or money with these gremlins"

"The nurse practitioner Sandy Koppes should not be working with people, she’s the most uncaring person I have ever encountered in my life. My daughter back was hurting and she told my daughter it’s just a muscle spasm and that she should go to dollar tree and get some Ibuprofen. My daughter ask her for a work accuse and she told my daughter NO,I’m not going to give you one because you don’t have a fever and all you have to do is take ibuprofen and you should be ok. Muscle Spasms hurts like hell and she didn’t care."

"Pricing Transparency? Lol. I asked 3 people (receptionist, nurse and doctor) what it costs for the consultation. Everyone said “I don’t know. No one here knows.” Then the doctor recommends a test without even examining me. And I ask how much that costs…”I don’t know how much the tests are. Maybe 300 for each?” She says. Terrible experience. I think this place does more harm than good. Fix it or shut it down."

"I waited for 45 mins even though no other patients where there, the doctor was also very rude and treated me like I was dumb and lying. worst doctor experience tbh"

"One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had in a clinic. I had an appointment. I waited for over an hour and a half. I finally got in the room, the nursing assistant checked my vitals and left the room. I was still waiting and went out into the clinic floor, but there was nobody in any of the clinic rooms. It was awful experience; it’s like I didn’t even exist. I left in disgust. I will be emailing patient experience at the hospital."
