"Was supposed to have a colonoscpy here. The procedures said they would prescribe a special liquid to drink 7 days prior to the procedure, 2 days before and trying multiple ways to contact them (email, phone, thru the portal) still the pharmacy had not received it. Gave up and drove over to cancel the appointment. Then 2 hours later they finally call back. If they can't follow their own procedure of sending the prescription I worry they might not be able to correctly do the procedure. Definitely won't schedule here again."

"I went in for an endoscopy with Dr. Chris Mulder fall of last year and the entire time he refused to listen to my symptoms, and kept coming up with bizarre medical "phenomenons" for me that weren't accurate to my symptoms at all. And yes I say phenomenon because the illness he thought I might have has very little evidence or research backing it to actually be considered an illness. Yes I checked. Now tell me why a 21 year old woman had to ARGUE with my doctor to get him to believe me that I had no symptoms for that disease and to actually give me the endoscopy my health care provider recommended me to get. He kept rolling his eyes at me, and interrupting me when I was just trying to get help for my stomach and tell him my REAL symptoms."

"Awful experience. My wife went in for her endoscopy and Dr. Ravi Vemulapalli was 45 minutes late. We have had many issues with this physician. He has continually mixed up the symptoms my wife has experienced, suggested bare minimum treatment that is unrelated to my wife's condition, and seems to be unable to comprehend the effects/ailments of food allergies. His recommendation after todays endoscopy; eat more fiber. No reference to her allergies, actual symptoms, etc. You name it, they've managed to handle it with incompetence and unprofessionalism. The staff were insensitive, impolite, and rushed her out the door. Just an overall bad experience. Would not reccomend."

"Well the staff is all really nice however the wait for the doctors is what ruined it for my grandma and I. We have been here since 9:15 AM and it’s 12:15pm and we are still waiting on the Doc. Clearly he has no respect for his clients from what I have seen, I heard a nurse asking him if he was taking a break. Still no word from him. We should have been out of here over an hour ago."

"I was at this center waiting for 2 hours for a friend having a colonoscopy. The TV here is so loud it makes your eyeballs roll. Set to a game show. 3 different folks asked the ladies to turn it down. They refused, and cited "patient privacy". They told each of us to 'wait in the lobby' (freezing cold), if we didn't like the noise. People sat as far away as possible, but no way to get away from the awful noise. Worse customer service EVER"
