"Dr. Sandberg is good, but her nurse I can't believe is allowed near children let alone any patient. Went in for strep throat test and what she did was so violent, I was ready to cause her violence. Was absolutely no need for that on top of the complaints I had already heard from my child's mother about how violently she does flu shots. If you get Sandberg, ask for a different nurse. Update: in retaliation to my making my complaint, they tried to make me sign a form saying I wouldn't cuss when my child is being assaulted. So glad he was already taken from that doctor's office. Oh and imagine that, he wasn't physically harmed for a throat swab."

"We bring our daughter to see Dr. Sandberg and have nothing but great things to say! Dr. Sandberg always listens to our concerns and makes us feel comfortable at every visit. Her nurse Casey is amazing!! She always does amazing with her shots and has such a bubbly and bright personality! Our daughter adores her care team and I cannot imagine going to anyone else. I always know we are going to receive 10/10 care from those two and any of the other providers/ nurses at this clinic."

"I’ve always had a good experience here. The front desk staff has always been extremely helpful and patient with my many calls and questions. My child’s doctor is Dr. Hirl and she is absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and caring. If she isn’t available I’ve seen a few other doctors and they have always been great too."

"Dr. Hirl is AMAZING! Her nurse Emily is AWESOME also. They are very thorough and never make you feel like they aren't listening to you. Anytime I need anything they are quick to respond. The front staff is really great as well. If they cant get you in that day they will search other clinics to get you seen. I love this office for my three children. (13,8,1). Highly recommend!"

"I'm extremely upset with this office. The staff and doctors are nice, but the billing department is a mess. My daughter is almost 18 months old, which means I've been there 7 times including two sick visits. I received a call from collections today regarding a bill that was sent 17 months ago. I never received said bill and in the 7 times I've been there it was never mentioned to me. After L&D I settled all our bills with unity point, how is this bill unpaid? I pay my bills. Being sent to collections is infuriating."
