"Terrible experience with this place. Called to schedule an appointment for my young daughter. They “scheduled” us for an appointment with the Ames office. We showed up to locked doors and no one answering the phone. When we eventually got a call back we found out the Ames office doesn’t see kids and we never even got on the books. She rescheduled us to their office an hour+ away which I told her I didn’t know if that would work for us. I called to cancel just to have them stick us with the late cancellation fee. Oh, but it doesn’t end there! The billing office then proceeds to withdraw multiple small amounts from our checking account instead of processing the full “missed appointment” fee. They did this over many months time with no rhyme or reason and NO CONTACT! They went beyond their policies and abused my card information. I thought my card had been hacked and canceled it! No one from the billing office would return my calls after multiple messages but they sure had no problem replying to my bank and continuing to try collect their small fee! WE NEVER EVEN HAD AN ACTUAL APPOINTMENT!! We never will. Awful, awful business practices. Find another place!!"
