"I have been taking my son to Dr Franzeen for many years. He is wonderful! That said, I don’t believe we will be back. We called today for a supply of prescription contact lenses. We didn’t realize that his prescription expired 4 days ago. Despite it being holiday week and our willingness to schedule an appointment for a new exam as soon as next week, the staff would not provide even a sample to get my son by until the appointment. When I asked them to talk to the Dr about an exception, they said that was not possible. I told the staffer that this response was not acceptable and ridiculous. I insisted that she reach out to the Dr for a sample to get us by until next week, the staff person then had the audacity to advise me that we should have known the date the prescription would expire and we need to plan further ahead so that we don’t run out. She refused to contact the Dr for permission to fill the script and then told me she wasn’t going to argue about their policies and literally hung up on me."

"Hard to give a star. I called in 3 times and was transferred there countless times. Someone told me they could see an employee in the vision center while they were on the phone with me. I spent a combined 20 minutes listening to the phone ring and nobody ever answered."

"Was told if I had ANY problems with my glasses I had 30-60days to return. I tried to return upon pickup because my eyelashes touched the lenses and it was a huge safety concern. They would not allow for the return whatsoever."
