You can tell she really takes the extra step to show she cares and understands and wants to help! Building is very clean and the staff are nice and are doing well taking covid precautions."

"Jennifer Messersmith is very impersonal. She talks to you like a child and will treat you like less than a human being if you don't want to make appointments for unnecessary things and then bill you for things not discussed in the appointment. Every single one of the staff need to be replaced for people with manners. Make sure the nurse is in a good mood before getting a shot or you'll get some unnecessary roughness. I've left the Mercy network due to this treatment and won't be returning. UnityPoint has been a much better experience and they won't mistreat their patients!"
