"My appointment was on time and all the staff were very friendly. The exam was good. Several spots were addressed, professionally identified, and quickly treated with minimal pain. Wound care instructions and materials were sent home with me, and a prescription sent to my pharmacy at home. I expect to receive a call in 10-14 days on the report of a biopsy. Now I will get on with my life and enjoy the people that I love!"

"If I could give zero stars I would!!! My nurse was very unwelcoming from the moment she came into my room. And before she and the "doctor" walked into my room, they were laughing at me. And once I didn't respond to the 'hiiiii" that was very sarcastic, the lady leaned in my face and said it again, as if I didn't hear her. She also set my cappuccino from the counter to the floor,, stating she "didn't want it to get spilt." Once I expressed my feelings, it was worse, and needless to say, I cried my eyes out in their office. And without any sympathy AT ALL, they really had the audacity to say "we won't charge you." Please do, because after today, I am going to trust in God that you NEVER make anybody feel the way you made me feel, EVER again!!! Worst experience in my life, and if "you're new to this, and have only been doing this for about 5 years," maybe you shouldn't agree to see new patients, especially if you're going to make them develop a PTSD/panic episode in your office, and leave them with ZERO comfort, compassion, or support in a room alone. Especially for the whole entire clinic and probably surrounding buildings to hear!!!"
