"Got scheduled for the wrong appointment, so after 15 minute visit with a PA (who had to go ask my questions to an RN outside my door because she didn’t know the answers) got charged $386.00. Again, for an appointment I had not asked for. Multiple tries to talk with billing, financial, and the Dr office lead to nothing and I was stuck with the bill. Absolute robbery. Went to UNMC gynecology and had the *correct* appointment for $150."
"I understand covid is a thing but when a couple shows up to have an appointment for their unborn child BOTH parents of that kid should be aloud, well I was told I have to wait outside, ok whatever. While sitting outside they are allowing these people to move stuff up into the building WITHOUT mask covering or anything. Crazy how I wore my mask and had no temp and wasn’t allowed up there but they are... Very unfair."
"Forgot to send in my gfs pregnancy prescription. Waited a whole month for our FIRST ultrasound, just to have it cancelled. When we call it takes forever to talk to someone because they keep us put on hold and then when they finally answer, they take in what's wrong and then they make us wait ONCE AGAIN for a nurse to call us back which takes up to 3 whole hours. Basically, your whole day is waiting on these people. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! NOT WORTH IT!"
"What a joke. I went in at 2. Just to talk to the Dr. & have blood drawn it took almost 2 hours. They had problems sending over my prescription, never called. I called them. Couldn't get through for 45 mins. 3 hours later still can't speak to anyone. Ridiculous"
