"I'd give -5stars and here's why. I took my daughter to Jenny Ed emergency room one day after being seen by a chi urgent care due to her symptoms worsening and herneck swelling on one side she was diagnosed at chi with a double ear infection. At Jenny Ed the intake staff didn't chart her swelling neck apparently we figured out the doctor did bare minimum checked the inside of her throat and ears again like the urgent care did and they chalked it up to "drainage" being what caused her neck to swelling. I and I just didn't wait long enough to see the meds take care of that....three days later we were sent away from chi for them being worried he had meningitis and her losing 3lbs in days we went to children's where she was diagnosed with a retropharyngeal absess she was admitted for a week and needed to have surgery to drain it so she could eat drink and breath. I put in a claim that Jenny Ed would cover the charge sinse they did bare minimum due to "protocal" and they denied based off the simple fact "she was fighting while the doctor was checking her" like... she caught when she couldn't move her head as well when she was admitted but OKAY Jenny... Do better!!!!!"

"It is January 26th 2024. This is the worst hospital in council bluffs. My wife and I are waiting in the emergency waiting room with my wifes 13 year old daughter that is having chest pains. It is We got here at 8pm and it is 10:12pm now and we are still waiting in the waiting room to be called back. This is ridiculous to be waiting for 3 hours.. WWE ARE NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN DON'T GO TO THIS EMERGANCEY ROOM. YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR HOURS TO SEE A DOCTOR. MY STEP-DAUGHTER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG TO BE CALLED BACK I'M SO PISSED OFF"

"I can’t even describe how disrespectful and heartless this hospital is. My father in law has stage 4 cancer and was hurried up and taken to the hospital by my husband and I. Couldn’t be seen because there was no rooms. He fell on the floor while staff was on their phones and just watched. Finally after about 5 mins passed they tried to help him up and still told him to wait until there is a room available. I can not believe how cold hearted people are is sickening and devastating seeing someone dying in front of you and not doing anything about it. Would rather be on their phone then rather help! Never ever will I come back here again."

"Horrible. Got put in a dirty room with a urinal full of pee still in it from thr previous patient. 35 weeks pregnant with a migraine. My discharge instructions were the same symptoms I came in with. Left the same as I felt when I walked in the door. Small weird room. Worst experience ever! If there was a rating below 1 star I’d would have used that."

"By far the WORST emergency room to ever exist. Nurses are awful and you can hear them talking trash about patients among themselves nonstop"
