"The staff here was more concerned about eating lunch then helping me look at my two year olds mouth after he severely bit his tongue. How sad that an urgent care only thought eating lunch was urgent. And didn’t care about a child who could of used their help."

"I went there to get my ear looked at because it is clogged and wanted to make sure it was not infected. I just noticed another review mentioning a doctor with rings and a handle bar mustache. That is the one I saw. I had a similar experience. Only mine was he started in on why are people getting the COVID vaccine. He argued with me about why I got it when I already had it and what business did I have getting my kids vaccinated since they also had it. He kept arguing with me that my daughter could not have had it twice and I should have had her samples sequenced (that's not possible by the way). If things were not weird enough at that point he starts talking about my period and how I should be taking iron supplements because I bleed and for some reason tried to tie my period into why my ear hurt. Those two have nothing to do with each other. It made me extremely uncomfortable because this is a complete stranger who doesn't know me, my history or anything other than my ear hurts giving me outdated menstrual advice. I left before they could clean my ear out because I was so uncomfortable. I will be paying for an office visit that left me seriously disturbed and uncomfortable and had absolutely NOTHING to do with what I was actually there for. Stay far far away from this clinic. I am convinced there was either a gas leak, a time warp or the guy was actually an escaped mental patient. Never again."

"I don't know how this place is considered a medical facility. The "doctor" with the handlebar mustache and turquoise rings is obviously not a certified doctor. He asked the most irrelevant questions and can't even diagnose a hang nail. It was very weird there and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money here. We pretty much had to tell him what to do. We knew we had strep and just wanted to be tested for it but of course he thought it was covid ...he knew our test came back as negative..."

"Went in there and asked if I could get a strep test that was all I was in there for. Waited for about 50 minutes and I was the only one in the waiting room, granite i don't know what patients they had. When I finally saw a doctor he asked me a bunch of irrelevant questions about my previous pregnancy and why my family doesn't live near me. He finally ordered the strep test after a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with my throat and then when the nurse came in to swab my throat she busted through the door not saying a word and shoved the q tip in the back of my throat pretty much gagging me, and without saying a word she stormed out of the room. The test came back negative so the doctor asked if I needed a note and I said yeah so he wrote that I had gone into the doctor's but that was it?? Overall the staff made me uncomfortable and I should have chosen a different urgent care. 100% do not recommend."

"My 3 year old son had a fever and had been very lethargic for two days. The nurse took his temp and said it was only 96.4. I told her I had just taken his temp using a rectal thermometer and it was 100. She told me rectal thermometers were not as accurate as the ones you use on the forehead which is completely false. When the doctor came in I recognized him as the only other person who had been in the waiting room with us. I had assumed he was a patient. I told him my son's symptoms and that he had not eaten anything in over 24 hours and had cried when he tried to eat a bite of cereal that morning. He asked my son to open his mouth and my son refused. I asked him to use a tongue depressed to force him to open his mouth but the doctor said if he was not willing to cooperate he would not force him. He then wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic but told me he was not saying to use it because he could not actually diagnose whether he needed it. We are now in the car on our way to another urgent care because this one would not help us."
