Methodist Physicians Clinic (Indian Hills)

"From start to finish, 3 years, this has been the worst clinic I've ever attended. From having to fill out consent and PERSONAL INFORMATION forms 3 TIMES because they misplaced it, going against my demands to not perform extra tests (insurance doesn't cover extra tests), to sending my bill to collections within a month of making payments. Oh, not to mention, THEY DO NOT SEND FINAL NOTICES OR DUE DATES OF YOUR BILL SINCE THEY CONSIDER IT TO BE A THREAT. DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC. To clarify, these were not major health issue visits. These were annual physicals."

"Be Careful....I went to Julia Semprini, DPT for physical therapy at India Hills Clinic on 90th and Dodge. I had my initial screen, which they charge more for the first visit and physical therapy. This makes complete sense. Then I had three other sessions. Each one of them was the exact same thing and lasted the exact same time. There was absolute no difference between the exercises, where I sat or test she ran. However, one of the three was DOUBLE the cost. I thought at first it was an error so I called. They reviewed it and said it was legit. I told them I disagreed and what my next step was. They said there was nothing I could do. I asked what happens if I don't pay it and they said I will go to collections. I have perfect credit so it was not worth it. It is just the principle that they overcharged me and there is absolutely nothing I can do to get it corrected. If you have an option to go somewhere else GO!"

"I'm feeling particularly grateful for my doctor at this location currently. She's been my primary care doctor since 2010. The location has gotten more popular and quite busy, however reception and the medical staff do a wonderful job of making sure to get you in when need be at the drop of a dime! Reception has to verify insurance basically each time you go in, it doesn't take long, as long as you're prepared with your insurance card! They are all very friendly and helpful. Plus they type SO fast. The nurses, I love. Particularly my doctor's nurse. On a particularly busy day, I had a annual check up and was curious to know if they knew my blood type since I had surgery back in 2010. I was more so just curious about it. They didn't have it on file turns out, but she took the time to thoroughly look and gave me advice on how to find out. All while being friendly and understanding, as she always is. Which cannot be easy to do in such a demanding job!! She does the best blood draw I've ever had. No bruising no misses, she finds the vein immediately the first time. Finally my doctor, Dr. Deanna Edwards. She's great, listens to my concerns thoroughly, takes time with me to make sure I get taken care of and understand everything, and always asks if I have any other concerns. she even had her team assist when I had trouble getting my insurance to cover a prescription. I love that I can contact her via email when things pop up and I cant exactly afford to pay for an office visit, like getting a script for an x-ray. Plus when procedures are uncomfortable she does a great job of explaining everything, and making small talk to make it less awkward. And I love the patient portal through Methodist!! Super easy to use and find all your information! TL DR Friendly staff, knowledgeable, get you in and take good care of you."

"have been here for YEARS with no issues until my doctor moved. they do not care that that is a traumatizing experience for a patient. don't you dare ask ANY questions or you will get a letter saying 'NO METHODIST doctors will see you as of 30 days from this letter'. SERIOUSLY?? for asking the manager of the clinic a question?? for clarification? i wanted to know why they didn't find a doctor to take over my doctor's work? instead they pieced me out to other places for different things. what about my lung doctor who IS METHODIST?? now i cannot see him?? unbelievable."
