"I started out as an Ops Supervisor full time on the night crew. I really enjoyed the job, but most especially loved working with the Cleaning Specialist on the night crew. I enjoyed going into the office before every shift and getting to know the office crew before our nightly Ops meetings. I came to a point where I demoted myself, became a float and worked only part time. The staff in the office supported my decision and helped me in whatever way they could. Never once was I made to feel less than. I was a part of the team no matter what I needed to do for me. I saw many times over where employees were very supported whether it was due to needing time off for medical reasons or a death in the family or the loss of a vehicle. The people that work here would jump through hoops for their employees. I would work here again!"
