"Used this cleaning company because you can book online and they don’t require a in home estimate before cleaning, I work a lot and don’t have time for it. I booked them on the only day I had available (found it strange that they don’t give you an estimate when you book) and received and email and text saying someone would show up between 8 and 12 to clean. I cleared my morning and waited for someone to show up, no one ever did, I got no text or phone call saying they would be late even though I knew that they had my number as they sent me 2 confirmation texts. After 1 I did get a text, but it was just asking if I wanted a weekly or one time cleaning and when I expressed my annoyance that they did not show up when they were supposed to there was no apology or response."
