"The place is great except for they never seem to turn the air conditioner on & it makes it so hot & miserable. I've noticed this on several occasions & the last straw was when I went there recently on one of the hottest days of the year. I walked in the front door & it was so incredibly hot I walked right back out. u charge people for laundry u could at least turn the air on. if u did it would result in happy customers & a pleasant atmosphere."

"I love this place. The owners are great! I have been coming here since they first opened. Today, however, was the worst. I spent 25 bucks and either their air was broke or they shut it off! By the time I left my entire hair was dripping wet. Please fix your air. As a paying customer, I do expect a reasonable temperature inside."

"This is the best laundromat in Sioux City. It is always open, but it only has an attendant during the day. Some machines have the option to use a credit card so even if you don't have any quarters you can still clean your clothes."
