"Hired them to clean an industrial building based on good recommendations from another local company and although they did a good job cleaning while they were there, it has been impossible to get our business keys back after being told we would get them weeks ago. We have tried email, several phone calls, and even stopping by the non-existent office address that google gives. This has forced us to have to find ways to get all new keys for our paper towel dispensers, doors, cabinets etc. Very unprofessional, we wanted to enter a contract with them before all this but cant even get a hold of Ben so it has forced our hand after 2 months of trying to work with him to get it sorted out. We wish he would have just said that he didnt want the account when it was offered to him."
