"This review is long past due! We had our house fire on March 19, 2022. Kenny was our contractor and we couldn’t have asked for a better one! He was so caring and patient, yet was able to gently push me when it was time to make urgent decisions. He listened to all our ideas during the rebuild and strived to make them happen to the best of his ability. He worked tirelessly on our unique staircase and it was a success! We get many compliments! "I would like to commend two employees; Alex and Israel. The workers communicated as a team packing and performing the demo. Both were respectful of our belongings. The team scheduled work with us, efficiently performed their duties, cleaned up thoroughly, and explained the whole process. "Had flood damage to my kitchen in August. Insurance company sent out Servpro to clean and mitigate mold, which they did, by ripping out some of my kitchen, which at the time was nesessary, but left me no oven and refrigerator. They wanted to then submit a bid and do the reconstruction. It took about a month of the worst communication ever to get them to submit it. And then never heard from them again. It’s now November, still no oven or refrigerator. I was able to find my own contractor, fortunately, whom I’m happy with. But was strung along by Servpro, costing me at least two months. Servpro is fine for mitigation. But poor communication, like horrible, and you will be sorry if you use them to remodel…"
