"A 5-star dry-cleaning review? Why am I writing this - and why are you reading this? I've used Max I. Walker for more than 25 years, because it's exactly what you want out of a laundry service - quick service, good prices, and a friendly staff. Don't get me wrong - I like ironing my own clothes. I like doing my own laundry. But there's something about picking up a freshly pressed shirt, a "refreshed" sport coat, or a nicely creased pair of dress pants when I know I wouldn't have had the time to do it myself. And it's not an easy job - on a 95° day in the middle of summer, the old firehouse in Dundee is a sauna. On Walker Wednesday, the drop-offs start piling up, and on Thursday and Fridays, the constant stream of customers coming in to pick up can probably be a lot. But the staff is always professional, always polite, and more often than not knows your name before you're even at the counter. So kudos to Max I. Walker at 50th and Underwood and their amazing staff. Don't take them for granted!"
