"I love everyone at the Sioux Center office. The Dr does a great job with all of my eyes issues and the staff are incredibly respectful and kind. I was at the Hull office a couple years ago and they were not as kind regarding the issues I was having with my eyes and subsequently, my neck. I drive further (45 minutes) just to go to the Sioux Center office. I appreciate them very much! Also, my new glasses are very cute and I'm ridiculously happy!"

"Very respectful & helpful with my son as he was trying to insert his first pair of contacts. Everything else? Let's just say that I'd rather lick a cheese grater for 40 minutes than to ever go back. If I had to sum it up in one word, I'd say "bamboozled." Have I ever paid more? Yes, for a car, not for a contact lens exam. Then, I was charged a separate amount for a "contact fitting," which they couldn't define, but assured me that "Obama made this mandatory." Can't say that I was charged an arm and a leg, because had I given them a limb, at least I could leave with a bloody nub. Instead, I left with an empty wallet and a purpose- and that purpose is to spend my life letting all who ask, and even those that don't, know just how bad this experience was."

"My family will definitely be returning patients. The desk staff was extremely welcoming , helpful, and patient. Dr. S. Driesen listened to my concerns about my daughter (15 months), did a complete exam, and in the end made a referral for my daughter to see a specialist to make certain everything was okay. Everyone was patient with my children, which means the world to me."

"Customer service is terrible! Billing is horribly delayed resulting in patients needing to pay what insurance would have paid if billed in a timely manner. Was not handled in a professional manner. Do NOT recommend Driesen!!"
