"I was told by a coworker of mine that they are great and do great work. Called today to make an emergency visit for my child with a sore mouth and got told, "because she wasn't a patient, she couldn't be seen today." Nothing like seeing your child in pain and calling a pediatric dentist and getting denied because they aren't a current patient. Guess they don't want new patients."

"Just moved to the area and had an emergency issue with my 10 yr old who has autism/sensory issues breaking a tooth. They refuse to see her because she is a new patient and is 10 years old. They only accept new patients up to 9 years old. I guess 10 years old aren't pediatric?? Extremely disappointing, considering my only other option is an hour away. Ridiculous."

"Brought my 1 and 2 year old and it was a great experience. The staff and Dr. Hoogaveen were so good with my kiddos! They loved the toys in the waiting area too. Take your kids here!"

"She is an amazing dentist and great with kids my kids love her! All of the staff is super nice and great with children as well (: my son had his first experience of getting his teeth fixed he was really nervous but when he got them fixed he did great and isn't even scared anymore because that's how great of a job they do here!"
