"We just canceled our service with Brommer after 2 years due to horrible customer service. The owner, Gwen, was extremely rude. Communication throughout the two years of business with them was severely lacking. They often raised our rate and changed the "rules" for the trash. We understand rates go up and things change, but nothing was ever communicated until we took the initiative to call. We called today to ask when they would pick up our can (always has been picked up on Mondays or Tuesdays in the past) and Gwen immediately started reminding us about rules and stated that they were "bending over backwards" to even come and take our trash. We will be finding a new trash service that includes better customer services."

"I came here on Saturday and that Saturday will be the last some of the rudest and crabbiest service I have ever had in my life they where rude to me only because I didn’t count my cans before I got there and I didn’t clean my cans I know thats my responsibility to clean the cans but that is not reason to be rude to anyone I felt scared for hours after I left do not go here if you have cans donate them instead or go to a different can place in a different town"

"If there was a zero star rating I would have chosen that.. Staff is ALWAYS rude when we go. Not only to me but also witnessed very non professional behavior while waiting in line.I have NEVER had one positive experience with brommers. Staff member today told us we can't have extra liquid in our can bags and that we need to rinse out our cans first. Told her we do already do this and the liquid is likely water, she rudely states it doesn't matter that liquid in the bags is not okay. Seeing this is not our first rude encounter I said it's okay you all always have something negative when we come here we will just be donating from now on. She then states we can take our business to Orange City."
