"Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a Thanksgiving Dinner for 12 and called the store twice to confirm. We talked to Brittany and even Tyler (who’s supposedly one step below the store manager and absolutely useless) about this order. We show up at 7 am for to pick it up and there’s nothing! They don’t have and no one has a record of it being written down even though over the phone Brittany was writing it down asking for my name and phone number and what sides, even specified that they only serve Hawaiian Bread for the rolls option! So it sufficiently ruined our Thanksgiving dinner with our family and they WOULD NOT do a single thing to fix this mistake. Shame on them. Everyone do themselves a favor and don’t put your trust in the Sioux Center Hy-Vee for any of your food needs."
