"Queso & chips, quesbrria, & steak tacos are all amazing. 5 stars"
"These people deserve more than just credit!! Food was amazing!! Fast service, and plenty of options. Will definitely eat here again anytime I am in this area!"
"Really nice service, delicious food! I had steak tacos with rice. It's a food truck, so they have me a buzzer/pager to take to my car so I wasn't waiting out in the cold. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes though! My new favorite!"
"The BEST Mexican food you will find in the area. Super kind and helpful service and amazing food every time! I recommend the quesabirria and chips and queso. Vero’s is an absolute must!"
"Food truck in the Napa parking lot in Sioux Center. Over all, a good experience. Some positive points are that everything tasted quite good, and the burrito was quite large. Some negatives were if it’s windy, you’ll have to eat it in your car or take it home. It was a chore to use the picnic table and keep everything on it. You could see past people had the same issue as there was scattered garbage. The chips and queso were very good, but I got a half order at $5, and I think I had about 20 chips. Very few for the price. On a positive note, the white queso was very good and had some extra, so I dipped my burrito in it and that made it quite good as well. It was a bit pricy at $9 for a burrito, so I spent about $15 total for that and a few chips and queso. In LeMars and Sioux City you can get a authentic burrito like it for $6.50, but they probably also do more volume, and may get better wholesale rates. But, you will pay a bit more at the truck here. Over all, it’s worth giving it a try If you’re ok with all I’ve mentioned, as the food itself is very good from what I had."
